Provisma is a Chartered Consultancy specialising in the delivery of major capital investment projects in the regeneration, education, healthcare and infrastructure sectors.
We have been working in partnership with public sector clients for over 15 years to deliver exemplary buildings. During this time, we have brought together teams of professionals from various disciplines in structured project environments to deliver sustainable change for our client organisations.
Established in April 2005, the consultancy is led by Jeff Owen who has over 30 years experience in programme and project management. Jeff is a Fellow of the Association for Project Management, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and Chartered Environmentalist. Jeff has an MA with distinction in Real Estate Management and holds a ‘Building Magazine’ award for BSc (Hons) Construction Management.
We are supported by a small network of highly regarded associates.
We are based in Bath and deliver services for clients throughout London, West Midlands, the South West and the South Coast.
