Bath Quays North forms part of B&NES Council’s plans for the Bath Quays Development Area. It is a significant redevelopment and regeneration project located adjacent to Bath City Centre, occupying a key position in the Bath City Riverside Enterprise Zone. The project will transform the Avon Street Car Park and coach park site into 246,237 sq. ft of Grade A modern office space as well as retail units, residential accommodation, a hotel, a new 413 space basement car park and extensive public realm improvements. Outline planning permission for this development was granted by B&NES Council (ref:2019 18/00058/ EREG03) in April 2019. |
